How often should my house be cleaned?
We do recommend to people that an external house wash is performed every year at the least. This does however depend on the amount of sunlight the house gets, and if the property is in a damp area. Properties in Humid areas such as The Brazos Valley are subject to high mold growth and they really need to be done once per annum. Also mold spores are a trigger for people with asthma and allergies, so this should also be considered when these elements are playing up in your life.

What if I do Have Allergies, Won't the Cleaning Solution cause issues?
The materials used are 100% safe. They are also non toxic, non flammable, biodegradable and completely natural.. A mold and spider treatment is added into the solution sprayed onto the house to slow down their return.

Why don't you just Water Blast the property instead of using this Cleaning Solution?
No high pressure is ever put on the surface of the house because it is to harsh on the paint and wood, not to mention that it will force water into places we don't want it to go. Also too high pressure will not do as good a job as a good Low Pressure Cleaning . On top of this it also won't remove spider webs it just spreads it.

Why do you recommend a pre paint clean prior to repainting a house?
It must be stated that mold is the key contributor to paint"failing"as the spores get under the paint surface and continue to grow underneath the surface eventually popping off the paint and causing it to crack and fall off the surface. If you do not remove this mold before repainting then you are dramatically reducing the life of your new paint job. Even sanding the house down will not remove all mold spores, unless the painter is superman, he cannot get into all the little nooks and crannies. The cleaning solution has a much better shot of doing this. Also allot of the time the houses once cleaned properly, sees people cancel the painter because the change in the color of the paint, and the brightness of the paint is dramatically improved.
